Enesis Group are a leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods company manufacturing market leader’s functional home care and food products located in Jakarta and Cikarang. Due to our fast growing operations, we are seeking high caliber candidates for the following positions:


1. INFORMATION & TECHNOLOGY MANAGER (ITM)

Specific Qualifications:


* Minimum Bachelor Degree graduates majoring in Computer Science/ Information Technology
* Having CISA certification is preferred
* Having at least 5 years experience in the similar position
* Experienced in Operating System, Network and Business Application technology
* Able to interpret business strategy and translate into IT resource requirements
* Having capability to do and compile IT policies
* Having skills in database (ORACLE, MS-SQL)
* Experienced in IT infrastructure planning and development
* Having a minimum of 3 years experiences in managing IS section/department, familiar with ERP system, familiar with software development life cycle.
* Able to evaluate new software applications, remote application management, data communication, disaster recover, security plan and other system management.

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE MANAGER (QAM)

Specific Qualifications:


* Female, age between 37 – 40 years old
* Bachelor/Master Degree, majoring in Pharmacy/Pharmacist with minimum 3 years experience in Pharmaceutical
* Experienced in Production and Quality Control

3. ENVIRONMENTAL HEALTH & SAFETY SUPERVISOR (EHS)

Specific Qualifications:


* Bachelor Degree graduated from reputable university with GPA min: 3.00
* Proficient in written & spoken English
* Having good knowledge about Environmental Management System ISO 14001:2004, OHSAS & ISO 9001:2000 Expert
* Having good knowledge about Safety ManagemenUK3 & CSR program implementation

4. CIVIL ENGINEERING SUPERVISOR (CES)

Qualifications:


* Minimum 35 years old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering
* Minimum 2 years experience in the same field
* Able to handle civil projects
* Able to create project budget and make building design
* Able to make a calculation of technical civil

5. BUSINESS PLANNING & ANALYSIS SENIOR STAFF (BPA)

Specific Qualifications:


* Male, must possess at least a Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Commerce or any related (Master Degree is preferred)
* At least 3 years of related experience in multinational FMCG industry
* Experience in planning and controlling (develop Business Planning, monitoring, review and reporting
* Experience in conducting feasibility study as well as other analysis or e existing and potential business process and make recommendation to support the development of corporate strategy.

6. HUMAN RESOURCE SUPERVISOR (HRS)

Specific Qualifications:


* Male/Female, maximum 30 years old
* Bachelor Degree in Psychology/Law/Management with GPA minimum 3.00
* Having minimum 2 years experience in HR field
* Excellent knowledge in human resource management such as industrial relations, training, company policy recruitment, job description, grading systems and other human resource aspects

7. RECRUITMENT & PEOPLE DEVELOPMENT STAFF (RPD)

Specific Qualifications:


* Male/Female, maximum 28 years old
* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Psychology with minimum GPA 3.00
* Minimum 1 year experience as recruiter
* Familiar with Psychological test procedure and administration

8. TRAINING STAFF (TS)

Specific Qualifications:


* Male, maximum 27 years old
* Bachelor Degree from any discipline with GPA minimum 3.00
* Excellent knowledge in training matters and HR System

9. PURCHASING SUPERVISOR (PS)

Specific Qualifications:


* Bachelor Degree in Management/ Industrial Engineering
* Minimum 2 years solid experience as a Purchasing Supervisor at FMCG
* Good experiences in Pricing Strategy, Maintain Supply Performance, Reduce Purchase Risk, Developing 2nd/3rd supplier

10. CORPORATE LEGAL SPECIALIST (CLS)

Specific Qualifications:


* Minimum Bachelor Degree in Law, graduated from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.0 (out of 4.0)
* Have minimum 2 years experience in legal, preferably in manufacturing company
* Have a good knowledge and experience in Labor Law, Civil procedure Law (litigation skill), Civil Law, Business Law, Company Law, (including but not limited MS Office, Internet and email)
* Possess strong legal writing/drafting skills, facilitating skill, analytical skill, negotiation skill, and speech writing skill

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS:

* Excellent in written and spoken English is a must
* Computer Literate (including but not limited MS Office, Internet is a must
* Possess strong leadership, inter-personal communication, problem solving and analytical skills
* Having solid planning and organizing skill
* Structured, organized person, responsible and nice personality
* Have a Can Do attitude, communication & relationship building, conceptual thinking, developing others, integrity, teamwork
* Excellent problem solving, communication and presentation skill and able to communicate with employees at all level effectively
* High Integrity positive thinking and attitudes, honesty, persistent, team player
* Proactive, hard worker, discipline and willing to work extra hours & under pressure to meet deadline
