System Support/Business Analyst
Overview:
The Systems Support /Business Analyst is responsible for supporting and overseeing the development and enhancement of applications across the company’s offices in Indonesia. The focus of the position is on ensuring an effective, consistent and stable application is in place that adheres to company’s global standards and policies
Requirements :
*Good application system support and problem-solving skills.
*Experience on user requirement gathering and document preparation
*Strong user training experience
*Good user management and interpersonal skills.
*Good English verbal and written communications.
*A minimum 3 year experiences in IT application project.
*Computing Science or equivalent degree
*Previous experience developing and supporting media research, planning, buying and administration applications or equivalent experience from a related industry Sector preferably in a Microsoft Visual Basic.net and SQL Server environment
